After driving by McCoys almost daily, I finally stopped in recently for my birthday breakfast. Let me just start by saying… amazing experience! Our server was very friendly and attentive despite it being a busy Saturday morning. We sipped on coffee and mimosas while enjoying one of the delicious cinnamon rolls. I opted for the Huevos Garcia with extra green chili. The others in our party got the Huevos Rancheros and the Mexican Cyclone. Everything was outstanding - the food, service, environment, and overall vibe! Would absolutely recommend.
